Run around

I've placed an order for boards with the above mentioned dealer. When it came to delivery time I was given the run around. My delivery was supposed to have been ready on Tuesday 11/12. When phoning to confirm if it is indeed ready, it takes about 5-10min to answer my call. Then when I do get hold of someone I'm told tomorrow. It is now Friday after being assured that my order will be ready yesterday and my transport has now been waiting for an hour!!! Why not just be honest? Phone if the deadline won't be met but not continously lie!
