Eagle Roofs
What a bad situation!

On the 18th of October we where driving from jhb towards rustenburg approaching the n4 when a piece of metal sheeting was lying on a bend in the road. Unfortunately for us we saw it too late and drove over it. A few meters later there was an Eagle Roofs truck busy tying up their sheeting. In this incident we lost a brand new tyre and our caravan had a huge tear in it. The driver of the truck gave me their tel nr (incorrect one) and luckily I got the business nr of the side of the truck. We immediately phoned the company and told them about the incident. They apologised and promised to have it repaired. Two months down the line and still nothing. Johan the owner is everyday full of excuses. Since this week he is not answering any off my calls. He ignores the cellphone and hides behind his receptionists dress on the landline. He doesn't even have the backbone to tell me why he is now all of a sudden not paying our claim? The least I would expect is a call/mail/sms from him stating why he is now ducking and diving the issue.
