Do not use

Over promised and under delivered. Initial impressions were great and professional and everything i required, they promised could be delivered. Most has been, but workmanship is absolutely shocking. To mention a few

1. Skew cornices
2. Simple painting jobs resulted in paint being messed everywhere with no apparent worry about how it looks.
3. Down lights falling out of the ceiling
4. Worst tile job ever seen even after redoing it 6 times!!!
5. Lack of consideration for people's belongings with minimal plastic cover over furniture, and no masking tape used at all during painting.
6. Minimum supervision by owner during renovations resulting in work being redone multiple times (and still end up wrong).
7. Materials used and workmanship, is done based on the cheapest options with no quality consideration.
8. Damage to goods such as alarm system during renovation, now resulting in having to rewire alarm, and replace transformer and panel.

Was promised to receive details for references, never did. Can now understand why.
