Clearwater Pools
Pool install with several non-conformaces/ defects

I have noted the following non-conforming points with regards to the new pool installed by Clear Water Pools:
o There is several bubbles visible in the pool walls - possible due to poor and insufficient back-filling;
o The steps are hollow - possibly due to poor/ no/ insufficient back-filling;
o The Creepy Crawly is not functioning properly - possibly due to pump sucking air. Creepy stops every few minutes even after the filters have been cleaned;
o The pump motor has an old perished wire - could be that the motor is a reconditioned motor/ or wire is replaced with old one;
o The pump housing is broken/ cracked;
o The lid of the pump-housing doesn't close properly - due to the pressure gauge being in the way.
o The light seem to be slightly loose, when touching it;
o The Creepy seem to run 24/7 - possibly due to the timer not set/ working properly; and the
o Paving done poorly in my opinion - almost all paving uneven, inner part higher than outer parts and slight sloping and almost no sloping on some sides. Some cracking already evident in the grouting.
