I DARE YOU TO TAKE ME TO THE CONSUMER COUNCIL

A new pool pump installed (on Saturday) and not able to test system, as the glue was drying. We waited until Sunday to test the new system. The Creepy was not sucking properly. I did a number of backwashes and rinses to flush out any potential air locks within the pipes. The Creepy would run for 30-60 seconds and then stop sucking. The assumption at this stage is that there is possibly a problem with the suction from the pump. We left this until Monday to address with the service provider, Pool Renovators, assuming that there after-sales service would be fantastic.
On Monday we spoke to Mod, from Pool Renovators who confirmed he would come back to us later in the day with a scheduled time.
No news until Wednesday. Contacted Colette who said she would follow up and get back to me. Nothing until 5pm. Speak to Colette again, who says she is expecting teams within 15-20 minutes and will contact me. Still nothing by 6pm.

Excuses were they have other customers to attend to. I am priority ONE as my job is still not finished. They even dared us to take them to the consumer council. Thats just what we will do. Mike, the owner dared us to do this.
