True and honest business

I have been buying from Builder's Warehouse for many years. I recently purchased a Dremel 3000 4/45 from them for R 1, 465.00, only to find out a day later that it was on sale elsewhere for R949.00. I contacted Builders via their website and left a comment about my dissatisfaction at being charged 65% more. This morning, Kesaval contacted me and offered me the difference in refund. This was because their purchaser had erred in the pricing of the product. This is excellent customer service, and my faith in Builders being my one-stop-shop for hardware and tools have been restored. Thank you Kesaval!
