Passing the BUCK

We always try and appoint the best professional people that can take responsibility! In this case Stanley was extremely helpful but as soon as something is not correct he places the blame on us. We are not specialists and were never involved in any of the measuring or building activities. My view is that they measure, design and they must then take full responsibility! They did the following
1. a large pane of glass (2.8m x 2.5m, which was measured incorrectly. We tried to make it fit but their is still large gaps which not what you expect from a R12500 piece of glass.
2. They did balustrades and measured but forgot to include a chimney that came up from the stove at the bottom. The stove was already placed but the chimney was not in place so now he blames us for his oversight. Surely he could have asked where it goes when he did the inspection and measuring?
3. $ x showers; One's handles came off broken, Two is loose and another have major gaps.
We are now living without one balustrade which he has not even came to fix and we will most probably end up in court as it goes. PLEASE DO NOT TRUST THEM, THEY ARE NICE BUT MY GOODNESS WHEN IT IS NOT RIGHT THEN THEY PASS THE BUCK!
