Builders Warehouse
No service ever at Buiders Warehouse

I go to Builders warehouse at least once a week sometimes more. Not once have I gone there that I have received service when I needed it! Every time there is no one around to help you or they don't know where the product is I must ask someone else or they tell me they don't have the product and when I eventually find someone else to help me they take me to the product! How is that for service?? The last time I exchanged something at Builders I waited 30min for someone to come and assist me!
Unacceptable service!
