Shocking service - misleading

We purchased a 4 seater plug and play Jacuzzi from Avanti pools - dealt with Ernst at this company. This was installed end of Sept 2013 and they tested everything with me onsite but, we did not heat water at the time so that we could not determine if that would work. For the first time since it was delivered - we plugged it in - and after about 4 hours still no change in the water temperature. I then called them about this two weeks ago - they only responded with an e-mail asking me how long I had run the heater for as their guy tested everything. I got no call from any manager or "Ernst" at all, which I find shocking. I got a pool/spa electrician in who found a wire was not connected hence the heater not working and the amp on our box was too small to handle the load of the Jacuzzi therefore it tripped all the plugs. This was then split on the box so that it runs on its own plug on our main box - none of this was explained or checked. We ended up paying R1200.00 to get this all checked and working. Avanti should have done all of this since the Jacuzzi is only 2months old. Absolutely shocking service - would not recommend them to anyone.
