We contacted Lifestyle Pools and Spas to install a pool and received our quote on the 22nd of January. We paid the deposit (60%) on the 23rd and then heard nothing from them for 2 weeks. Eventually we got hold of them only to be told there would be a delay in the manufacture of the pool (They'd forgotten to order it!). After numerous delays and hiccups the pool was finally in around the beginning of March, although the contract said 8 to 10 working days installation. Once installed we noted that the fiberglass was chipped on the steps. After numerous attempts to contact them, they eventually came and repaired the chips. Then it chipped again and this time they emptied the pool and apparently took the price of the water off the final account. It then chipped again, and we had to empty it and have it fixed again! This time there was a vague promise of a refund for the water, we have heard nothing. They promised 1 months pool care, this has never happened. The concrete around the paving is falling apart, the Pool Cleaner has had to be changed, the net took a further month to arrive, they don't care! My advice, don't under any circumstances use this company, you will regret it.
