The staff that works with clients in this company is shockingly rude!!! When you phone they SHOUT at you that NO ONE is available to help you! I am in the client care industry and I have never in 18 years experienced such bad manners and service! Will definately not refer any of my 1500 clients to them, EVER AGAIN!!!
