Bad attitude-over priced!

I am shocked the way i was handled on the phone by the ladies who answer the phones and the "manager". They have no manners! Also the call out guys were late, Didn't do there job. Toilet still leaks. when i told the lady named Pam, she didn't' even say bye once the conversation was finished, she just puts the phone down in your ear! (not the first time i experienced this with them). We will never use this company again. I would rather use another company and pay double!!!
