Good day

I would like to report a bad or rather disappointing service from the shop that I really thought was the best. I bought a Kent Recliner set which was delivered in November 22, 2012 if I'm not mistaken. It had a cut and it was reported immediately. They promised to collect the damage goods and they id not until I had to make a call reporting again. I even went (twice) to the shop by myself to report the same, I only get promises that they will call me the following day. Up until today nobody has bothered to explain why is it taking 7 months now going to 8 months to just pick up the damaged good and replace it. I feel like I have bought a second hand at the price of R15 999. please Hello Peter Help, because I cannot deal with them anymore.
