2nd complaint for bad service!

ONCE AGAIN David reneges on his service! it has now been over 2 weeks that we were promised for someone to come out to repair a job which was not done properly the first time! We called this morning again about the appointment we had and no one is to be found to come out to see our job, we took the day off work to be at the house for this job to be fixed and AGAIN no one arrived as scheduled and when we call the offices, no one Can confirm or even give an explanation.

Your service is disgraceful and we will be sure to NEVER use your company again. We have never experienced such bad service from a company ever! You were quick to take our money but your service and quality of work is disgusting!
