Bad installation & lack thereof to fix it

In November 2013 we requested a quote from SA Gutter, they were quick to provide the quote and request a 50% deposit before work commenced. All very standard. They completed the job and requested immediate payment on completion which was paid. On further inspection we realised that two of the down pipes ran into the soil, preventing the water to flow out, and preventing us from laying the paving. We reported the problem to Rika Moss in November 2013. She first claimed to not receive my mails as their emails were down, I thought this was plausible and requested someone go out. On 5 December nobody had gone out yet so I followed up, she then proceeded to be very rude and told me we would have to wait for January. In January we started following up and were told that the owner of SA Gutter's (David Pretorius) wife is in hospital and no repairs would be scheduled. I sympathised and said sadly we cannot continue with paving if they could suggest a company that we could use and they cover that cost. They continued to be very rude and have refused to fix the job or give us an alternative. We now need to pay another company to fix it. Please be warned against using this company in the futu
