Where is my basin or refund?

In April I spent 10's of thousands of Rand at CTM in East London to refurbish my house. Amongst the items delivered was a basin which was stored with the rest of the materials in my garage until it was needed by the plumber. Upon opening the box it was found that the sink was badly cracked. I returned it to CTM to be told that according to the driver I had inspected the goods and found them in good order and that I would have to buy a new basin. I agreed with the manager that he would return the sink to the manufacturer and when it was replaced he would refund me. That was on 23 June and to date I do not have a refund or my basin back.
