Unfair penalties towards me after we moved out!

Hi
we moved to Cpt in feb, suppose to move in the 1st, the lady was not even packed the day we got at the apartment on 2 feb, we had to stay in a hotel for 2 days at our cost. the inspection was not done properly as some of her stuff were still there, now they want to charge us for almost everything that's wrong that was like that when we got there. the walls was dirty, we painted when we left, now they charging us to repaint that room that wasn't even painted like they said they would, it looked better then when we found it and its unfair, drains were not inspected, now they are charging me for hair in drains that wasn't even inspected or cleaned, light ring scrap mark from ring on basin, they are charging us to replace the entire basin, for a thin line??? no they are unfair and will do anything not to give your deposit back! still loads more complaints but no caracters left!
