Broke more than they fixed - Possible

I used Handymanfind to contact ARM for a quote to fix a possible leak.
- They never quoted, but just started the work - possibly on purpose to overcharge
- When I arrived they had already replaced the main incoming pipe
- In the process they cut off the water supply to the cottage
- They fixed the wrong pipe - the actual leak was at the cottage. The disconnection masked the leak
- They used my cement and mixed it so badly that it has all but disintegrated
- For this mess they invoiced R11 000, which I paid before realising the truth
- I pleaded for help for months - offering to pay for the consumables if they pay for labour
- ARM refused to acknowledge any fault - he played stupid and pretended not to understand (I hope he pretended)
- He quoted me R10 000 to fix his mess
- I started legal steps against ARM but was distracted by projects of my own - I now have time again and will now continue
- I asked Drain Surgeon to assist (and highly recommend them)
- They fixed ARM's mess, found the real leak in the cottage and fixed that too - all this was done for less than R4000!
I believe that ARM operates in a legally dubious manner and does so knowingly with no regard for their clients
