We had a leak in a pipe in the kitchen wall, I contacted All about plumbing and asked they must come and fix the leak. When they started I asked the plumber to please try and not break the tiles. He broke every one of them and replaced a 15cm leaking pipe wich already had all the fittings so only the pipe was replaced it took them 15 mins to fix. When they left I got a invoice for R980.00 when I inquired about the account I was told the call out fee alone was R480.00 and the rest was for fittings. They only used a 15cm pipe and never touched up anything just left everything as it was after they worked. I was never told what the call out fee was or what they were going to charge, just got the invoice.
