Aaaaanother First Electrical
Bad after sales service experience

I have had no joy from Aaaaanother 1st Electrical & Plumbing's Willie de Beer, after he had retrofitted my house with ELD lights et al. Their service was great until I had problems and needed some repairs to be made. Willie made promises which he didnt keep, all he seemed to be interested in was to get even more out of me for the repairs. The minute he realised I was not interested in forking more money, he made promises which he, up to this day has not kept. After phoning him repeatedly, I was left with no choice but to expose him and the supplier on this forum. What ever happened to AFTER SALES SERVICE?
