Floor Coating Lifting and poorly applied Africote

Martin Ferreira the area application agent for AFRICOTE FLOOR PRODUCTS as well as Africote are turning their back on a poor application and lifting floor coating. They claim the floor is lifting due to the area being damp.
This is nonsense as the floor is separating in completely dry areas as well as cracking all over the home where the product AFRICOTE was applied. We complained within 6 weeks of the application being placed on the floor now TWO YEARS later they are still passing the buck and claiming it is due to damp areas... with no reason the same issue has occurred in completely dry areas of the home???

ALL I WANT IS "SERVICE" AND THE AREAS TO BE REPAIRED AND RE DONE PLEASE PLEASE DON'T USE MARTIN HE IS PATHETIC AND WALKS AWAY FROM HIS RESPONSIBILITIES.

We have a lady coming in as a second installer also contracted to AFRICOTE she may be the solution as I have even considered paying a new installer to repair the bad workmanship and application to see if that remediates the issue due to desperation...

Anyone wishing to apply floor coatings in future... please strongly consider the company and service back up AFRICOTE WAS 2/10 AND WALKED AWAY FROM THE PROBLEM!! BAD!
