WORSE SERVICE AT ITS BEST

I have paid Stairs by Peters in full in October 2012 last year for an amount of R79192.38 as a full final payment for a desingn and installation of a wooden stairs at my house in Savanah Country Estate in Pretoria, on the 14th of December last year they came and install a frame and said to me once all the builders and painters have complited their work, I must give them a call to come and finish it off with wood and ballustrais I have tried to email, call their offices, call Mr Tornhill several times in his cell phone and is almost two months now with no respond but guess what he is not answering nor returning my calls or emails. WHEN YOU CALL THEIR OFFICES THE RECEIPTIONIST IS NOT ALLOWED TO TELL ANYONE AS TO WHERE THEIR OFFICES ARE and WHAT I NEEDED IS TO GET A REFUND after the installed frame amount is deducted so that I can move into my house, I never thought that such a well advertised company will treat its clients in such a disgusting manner. PLEASE REFUND ME Mr Nevin Thornhill
