Breach of contract & Failure to refund

Wendyhouse ordered on 2013/3/1. Deposit of R6000 paid on 2013/3/4 to Mr Zenda. Delivery scheduled for 2013/3/20. Received SMS from Mr Zenda on 2013/3/18 that his mother passed away and need another delivery date. New delivery date set for 2013/4/6. SMS received from Mr Zenda on 2013/4/5 that he will refund deposit. 2013/4/12 SMS received from Mr Zenda that he will pay money back early in forthcoming week. No refund received. I opened case against Mr Zenda. After about four months SAPD reported that Senior Public Prosecutor had withdrawn case and I should go to Small Claims Court. Letter of demand sent to Mr Zenda's postal address via registered mail. He failed to collect it. Business address of ismaelwendysandloghomes on internet given as 15 Aquamarine Str, Rosslynn, Akasia, Pretoria.
I would like to get my money back.
