Malls tiles refused to refund me my money

Over the past two months i gave malls tiles in the access of r10000 worth of bussiness. i bought mosaics from them on instructions of the plumber. however we did not use all of it and i got 3 sheets which i did not use. due to the state of my house doing renovations i misplaced the slip however all my details are on the system and malls can easily reprint my original invoice showing my purchases. what i cant understand is why do they insist on a slip when they know me very well and they definely know i purchased the mosaics from them. all my details are on the computer and they can easily pull out a printout showing my purchases. furthermore when i return the goods the guy at the door refused to allow me to enter malls. i was treated like im a having to made to stand outside with my two kids like we were beggars. however when i was spending r10000 very easily i was shown the entrance. if this is malls attitude then they must let me know and i will tell the rest of south africa
