NO SERVICE BACK UP

I had Africa Reed quote and eventually install a reed ceiling on my back patio after about a month or so delay. With in one day of installation some of the reeds came loose in places. Contacted Mr Serfontein who promised to rectify. Now after more than two months nothing has been doe despite numerous phone calls emails and sms's. Having paid in full I am very peeved.
