ADT (Another Disastrous Turnout)

ADT your service is atrocious!!!
We notified ADT 2 months (Oct12) prior to moving to immediately migrate our account and system on the date of the move. We took occupancy of the new residence (beginning Dec12) and contacted ADT to install our system. They miraculously forgot about us and told us that they could only install in the new year.( totally the opposite to what there adds say) The problem is that my insurance only cover me when I have armed response and I was about to leave on Christmas holidays. I was unprotected for approx a month. They promised to install during our holiday. I had huge issues organizing them access while on leave. Finally they managed and during installation they stepped through my ceiling. ADT promised to fix it when I returned from leave. A month later and infinite calls, they haven't briefed me on how my system work or fix the broken ceiling. I finally got hold of the consultant after probably 10 calls and he agreed to meet me today at 17:00. As expected ADT did not show up...
