Violation of my basic human rights

Mr Reed, the owner of Merit finance has a side business renting out his boarding house my stay there ended up as a disaster I relocated to PMB from JHB and I worked for a small surveying company, I brought to his attention that i'll be recieving my salary late to avoid being charge a interest for late payment as per agreement, instead of discussing alternative payments Mr Reed instructed the caretaker Tessa to lock me out, they locked all my belongings in and with no where to go and nothing to put on my back they had no regard over my situation, I told them about the legal implications and he advised me that he has debts to pay off and doesn't care. I had to go back to JHB leave my job so in the end I was left unemployed and in danger and now till today I don't know where my belongings id docs, cloths and everything are. I requested they give them to someone I know and they refused. I'm taking legal action against Mr Reed for infringuement.
