Do not meet a single requirement

I ordered a simple shutter to be installed in the passage of our house being built. I had to phone a few times just to get a quote (yes, i know, that is the time to go elsewhere). It took another week to get a quote. I paid the 50% deposit immediately. The contract says installation with " 7 to 9 " days. It was closer to 30 when the initial installation was done. Despite a site meeting to explain in detail, it was totally messed up - installed UNDER a dropped ceiling! Not sure how this will keep anyone safe? This was rectified after a couple of weeks, but a day or 2 later the whole thing basically fell off the ceiling under its own weight! Again, its there tot keep us safe. I have made several calls to head office, sent about 5 emails to the MD, lots of promises but NOTHING gets done. Stay clear! Many decent suppliers out there!
