2 weeks to attend to minor repairs, left a mess

They cancelled the first appointment without letting me know. When I phoned up to ask why they hadn't come they said they were too busy and would come the following week. Came the following week at 13h30 and left with only half the job done, came the following week at 15h05 and my domestic worker (who is supposed to knock off at 16h30) had to wait until they were finished at 17h00 and she then had to spend more time cleaning up after them. They left putty smeared all over the panes and frames. When I called to complain, the owner said "but it was a white guy working" (!) I hardly see how that's relevant - sloppy is sloppy. I won't be using them again.
