Leaking Pool Enclosure

Cloud 9 Skylights installed a pool enclosure (featured under Gallery on their website) a few years ago at a property in Hermanus. I recently bought this property, and it soon became clear that the enclosure (fairly expensive, I am told) was leaking. In addition, one sheet 'lifted' during a recent wind storm. Every time it rains, the atrium is under water, and every time the wind blows, I fear a lift-off! Rubber linings have disintegrated, and structural openings (contributing to the water leaks) are clearly visible.

Two months ago I approached Ian Lowe, one of the owners, for the first time. I indicated my problem, and requested his assistance. He promised to send a maintenance team. Two months later I am still waiting for this team to arrive. Ian keeps on making promises, but there is no action! E-mails go unanswered, or they bounce back. Ian is also slow to respond to text messages. Right now, I am not getting any response from this business.

It makes me wonder: Are they still in business, or are they just particularly bad at after-sales service?
