House Not Built Properly

I moved in my house last year November and noted that when it rains water comes in through the doors. I have notified the company of this but I was given a run around until February this year I was told its because of the wind that blows that makes the water come in the house. Only when I pointed out which direction the wind blows a person was sent to inspect this only to find the house was not built properly. I have been going back and forth on e-mails. People showing up at my house to fix when I am not there and no reasonable appointment sets. This happened twice already and had to go to work late because of them and I was told the builders can show up at any time and I ended up leaving. Since today, the builders have not been sent to fix their error and I will have water coming into my house when it rains soon. I am given such bad attitude by people who were supposed to have inspected the house before handing it over to me. This company is not helpful at all and I really need this to be sorted out urgently.
