No after sale service at all

We recently did mayor home improvements. We used Mimula Glass & Aluminium for replacing glass in many of our windows because we required tinting onto the east facing windows. A month after completion I contact Wayne Uys and also in desperation later his wife Annalize, to come and repair the one window that had fallen out due to this specific window being cut to small for the frame it needed to go into. On the day it was installed the installers just put more "putty" to enable the window to stay in the frame (for the time being). After a week or so the putty started falling out and luckily on the day that the window fell out, we were close enough to catch it so it didn't break. These people actually issued a safety certificate to the inspector saying all is good and well. It has now been over 6 month and I have given up. When I call these people, and they do actually answer, I always get told that they will come fix it on a specific day and I wait around, they never pitch. I feel I have to warn others about this so they do not fall into the same trap with this company.
