INCOMPETENT, USELESS, SLOPPY SERVICE

Utterly sloppy, incompetent service from Menlyn PG Glass. I made an appointment on about 5/3/13, they could not help me as they had to order the windscreen. It was booked for 15/02/13 14h30. They never confirmed, I had to phone the morning to hear if all still in order. I mailed though a detailed map to my house as to not inconvenience them. Delivery of mail was confirmed. On Friday morning they still did not know where my house was when I phoned.. They did not bother in time to call me again as to check where they must go, I drove there at 13h45 to pay for the windscreen. I had arrangements for urgent matters that afternoon. At 15h00 when I PHONED them to hear where they are, they did not have the correct windscreen). I drove back and insisted on a credit as I do not pay salaries of useless employees - many other suppliers. When I d at 15h00 I asked if Johan Calitz was there, when I arrived, he left already. I asked to speak to him telephonically; he only sms'd back to the office. I asked he must contact me - at this moment, Monday 18/03 09h04 I have not heard from them. Glassfit has just given me the most incredible service, will be here in 2 hours, I can go and pay this afternoon.
