Pinecore Disaste

I signed a contract with Pinecore which they signed as well agreeing to complete my mother's cottage by the 20th of December. Not only have they failed to do this but they don't answer telephone calls, they make promises they cannot keep, their workmanship is shoddy and the owner of Pinecore, Warren, has a terrible attitude.

Their prices are high but I went with the company based on the fact that they could complete the work in a certain time period. They started work a week late and have now left the cottage, completely unlivable, until the middle of January which is not acceptable as my mother is left with nowhere to live now.

The ceilings are not complete, the walls aren't attached to the floors with gaps of up to 5cm in some places, the bathroom has not even been touched, windows have no glass, there are no locks on doors, the window sills are a disaster, there is a large hole at the toilet outlet which opens directly to the outside, window frames are damaged, door frames aren't finished. painting work is terrible, the base of the front door frame is loose, and there are many many more things I could complain about.

NEVER USE PINECORE!!! DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMENDED!
