12 weeks ago we ordered a new Swimmingpool. First they had to pull out the old pool. Horizon delivered the new one, but the hole was to small, and there was groundwater. So the pool came out of the hole after a rainfall.. John (the owner) and Lester told me: No Problem, we sort it out for you. Since then they tread me like an, not like a customer.
Some of the Team obviously where fetched from the street, without any skills. They worked for about 4-5 hours a day. Not every day. Sometimes I had to wait or 7 days to see one of this People. After 11 weeks it's still not finished and the Pool looks like a green cesspool. It should be straight, but it is not. My constructor, who is waiting to finish the tailing around the Pool is waiting since 5 weeks and he charge me for every day R500. Also the supplier of the rollcover is waiting until he can install the cover. A terrible experience and a shame for the SA Industry.
