Bad workmanship and attitude of Excusive Pools

I commissioned Exclusive Pools to install a pool at our new home! Firstly, the owner Emaraan Davids was never on site to supervise and always broke his appointment promises, only to get a mail from his wife about the misunderstanding. On completion we found that the pool was leaking, he then said that he had changed fiberglass suppliers and that we would have to drain the pool to re-fiberglass. After the fact the pool was still leaking, he then started chopping up the tilling, in doing this damaged a pipe and blamed the builder! I then reported him to the NSPI, National Spa and Pool Institute, that did not help! The leak was eventually found at the skimmer box that he blames on the builder. I would like to warn all out there planning of having a pool installed to be very weary of Exclusive Pools. Emaraan does not keep his word and is a blatant. STAY AWAY FROM EXCLUSIVE POOLS!!! This was supposed to be a very exciting time in our lives with a new home and pool but all the hassles we have had with Excusive Pools has really put a damper on everything let alone the extra expenses!!
