I contracted Johan from Splash pools to supply and install two spa pools on 15th October 2013 and as per the contract paid the deposits. The job commenced with the hole being dug, the shell delivered, once the pool was in and the paving laid I brought to his attention the pool was lopsided, he lifted a fair amount of paving as I also brought to his attention that this was no level either.

He tried to make a fool of me as a woman given that he kept trying to convince me nothing was wrong, the pool is still not level and he has made numerous promises in fact two weeks ago on 19 November at 8.11 he phoned me to tell me he was on his way to come and sort out this mess ironically this was just another fabrication as he still hasn't arrived. The spa is not working either so this is a very disappointing experience given the fact that I have spent a lot of money and now have to get an alternative supplier to come an sort out this mess.
