Bad Building/Taking Shortcuts/Not Meeting Deadline

The company forced me into paying for services rendered. From a quick inspection (Time constrain on my side) all looked reasonable well.
During a proper inspection I found that roof trusses were cut in a unsafe manner. Only 1/4 of the load point remains as well as the bottom part of truss is cut to make way for gutter.
Battens was also cut away. The roof tiles is stacked on nothing. Currently falling in.

An deadline was set for the corrections to be made, but was not taken seriously and is already exceeded by 2 weeks.

The building was suppose to be completed 6 months earlier already
