I had a very similar, almost identical experience as customer kvr from SAcamera. I ordered a camera on 27 December and paid for it via credit card. They acknowledged receipt the following day being Friday 28 December and mentioned that they would send me an e-mail with a tracking no. shortly. Well now it is Monday morning 30 December 2013, no e-mail and no further contact whatsoever. After calling, the lady said that Neville will call me back but he never did. I called back and this time spoke to Saadia and she told me that the item has not yet been dispatched and they have stock and she cannot understand why it has not been dispatched. I asked to speak to the manager and was told that the manager is on leave, I then asked to speak to whoever is in charge and was told that it was Jason but he was not in, he had conveniently stepped out. Oh and incidently they told me the same story that they did not have my phone number. Very, very disappointed with SAcamera and the service. I see that they have had many positive reviews but I can honestly mine was not and it cannot just be co-incidence that I have had almost the same experience as customer kvr.
