Appalling Service

From most of the departments there but the plumbing department takes the pipe! Queues of people, one person serving and he's rude and unhelpful. There seems to be more than enough staff, they just stand around talking to each other and ignore you. They need training. And plenty of it. Or better still, revert back to W Miller. They knew what service is.
