Horrific Customer Service from Melanie

On the 13/07/2013 i had a burst pipe at one of my properties and i contacted AAA plumbing service. The guy that assisted me with the whole process was very pleasant and he kept me informed through out the service. On Monday the 15/07, i requested a damage report which i was advised i would get it the same day however to my surprise when i did a follow up later that evening i was told it takes 2 working days. The 17/07 came and gone and when i did a follow up on the 18/08 i was told that a senior manager would call me back to have this matter resolved. A few minutes later i received a call from Melanie who was very rude to me and she told me that i do not have to harass everybody by doing regular follow ups which she hung up on me before i could finish talking to her. Its sad that just because of 1 rude individual who knows nothing about customer service i'll never ever use your service ever again. Melanie needs to go for customer service training otherwise you'd have no business in no time. Her attitude stinks and has no telephone etiquette.
