Truworths
Customer Service needs perking up!

I am getting rather tired of the overall service at Truworths. It is becoming more and more common that I stand in long queues with one person serving whilst 3 - 4 others mill aroound behind the counter, I have even resorted to taking pictures on my cellphone to spur them into action but it seems to be of little use. The only store that stands out is Constantia Village where the staff are friendly, helpful and efficient. Some additional customer-centric training is needed please!
