Qualitypools
Paid - but no warranty or completeion

We had a pool installed by Qualitypools from Middelburg. We had very good service till the paving and final finishing touches had to be made. They requested us to pay the final 10% (which we did) to be able to get the warranty - which we still don't have - and promised to fix everything that we were not happy with. In the meantime some minor problems with the weir were solved but the paving that was uneven and hanging badly on the one corner was not rectified. SInce then we have tried in vain to make contact with them via cellphone and e-mail and we have also sent them photos of the problem. They have never replied. When we tried to make contact via landline (obviously not recognising the number) they picked up and promised to return the call because the line was not very clear. In the meantime we have rectified the problem ourselves and would just like to warn other prospective clients.
