Non-existent After-sales Service

We had our driveway paved by SA Paving. We chose them because they offer a 20 year warranty and the salesman said we must take advantage of the warranty if anything goes wrong. It is now about 2 years since the paving was done and it is starting to sink. However it seems impossible to get them to come back to fix their work (It has been about six weeks since my first call). Natie has promised me at least three times that someone will call me back, but nothing happens! TERRIBLE customer service!
