False advertising on the website

SplashPool advertises 750mm paving around the pool on the website - we got 600 mm paving

- The size of the SP12000 is advertised as 4.2 x 2.75m - we got a shell of 4.1 x 2.6m

- They advertise a colour changing LED light - ours does not change colour

- Jan accused us of not paying the final amount due - my husband asked him TWICE for the final invoice as
there were changes as the original quote

- They promised a life time warranty - but now refuses to issue a warranty certificate as indicated on the back
of the quote / invoice.

- They promised us good service - so far we have had nothing but them avoiding their responsibilities!

- Maybe we need to all get together and take joint action against them...
