SHOCKING SERVICE AND WORKMANSHIP

We accepted a quote from Southern Kitchens in Nov 2012 to install bedroom cupboards. We promptly paid more than the required 50% deposit and waited in anticipation for our new cupboards. What an absolute nightmare of an istallation was to follow! It is now FIVE months later and the installation that was supposed to take 3-4 days is now still not completed to our satisfaction. And to add insult to injury, we receive a legal letter to say we are in breach of the consumer credit act! There has been approx 15 different people from Southern Kitchens at our house all trying to fix the previous persons errors and the last fitter who at least knew what he was doing confirmed that he has spent the last few months fixing previous stuff ups for the supplier! Our cupboards are falling apart literally a month after installation and we have written to the supplier voicing our disatisfaction and our reasons for not settling the outstanding amount. We get a call from the owner two days ago recommending that they remove the KITCHEN cupboards - LOL - they fitted BEDROOM cupboards - he clearly has no idea of his "operation"! We have been left with no choice but to pursue this matter legally
