Honesty in this store

I went Jack's Paint, Highlands North store last week Sunday, to buy a connection for a hose pipe, not being a seasoned gardner had no idea, I took the connection that came with me to the store, the sales person could have sold my anything at any price, I would not have known any different, instead 2 of the sales staff showed me that my connection was universal and did not require to purchase anything.

Yesterday again I went into the store and other members of the sales team where on duty, I needed a brass connector "a tiny object" to join brass rope, the store did have, great I thought, I took 10. When I went to pay they didn't have the price as it is such a small item, they then said take them at no charge. What a surprise, you are my numbrer 1 hardware store and you have made yourself a customer for life.
