Great service beyond call of duty

I made a wooden box for a client and could not find brass clips to keep the box closed. I bought chrome ones and placed them in acid to get the metal clean so that I can spray paint them brass. No where could I find brass spray paint. From hardware shop to arts and craft shops. I almost gave up hope then I though that maybe the hobby shop may have some paint. Sadly no Brass spray paint. They had some Gold Leaf hobby paint but I said that I cannot use a brush as it will look tacky. Then it happened!!! " No worry sir we will prep it for you and then airbrush it with our own equipment." The best part was he only charged me for the paint. That is what I call service.
