Steel Pallisade Manufacturers- Poor Service

I Had an experience with the Lorraine at Steel Palisade manufacturers. She made promises on several occasions but never fulfilled them (i had called her more than six times). I was assured that i will be contacted and a sales consultant will visit me to measure up at my premises, but this had never materialized. I cannot understand the type of employees this business employs. It is sad that they will lose many customers as a result of poor service delivery.
