BAD SERVICE

I ordered the Supply and Fit Single Shadeport from Mr Etienne Hester Conradie, his cell no 072 214 3060 email. [Email Removed] the address according to his quotation 72 Topaz Park 8B & 9B, Topaas street, Klerksdorp and as the 50% deposit was to be paid before installation, I paid in R1900.00 on 14-08-2013 into these account:- FNB ACC NR: 62324329384, branch code 250066 but up until today no Shade was installed, he no longer pick up my calls, the last time I spoke to him, he said he is on the way and after that he switched off his cellphone. now hw have all my contact details work, and cellphone numbers, when I call he dont pick up. Last time I asked his office numbers and he told me that the cables have been so the office line is not working, I send him a message to please refund my deposit but he didnt respond. I believe that he is taking advantage of people, and I believe there's a lot of people out there with the same problem. Since I have deposited the money all he says is" tomorrow around these time I will be at your house" I took hours, vacation leaves from my work place to go and wait for him as he promised that he is coming but he never pitch.
